Over time, architecture often transitions to future generations. New owners have the opportunity of inheriting the unique role of stewards of the original design, while simultaneously layering in their own lifestyle, taste, and insight. In 2019, Chapel Hill II transitioned to its second set of owners. Working closely with the architect, in collaboration with Robyn Menter Interior Design, and Runyon Fine Arts, the home now reflects the personality of the new owners, blending their art, furnishings, and new landscape with the original design intent. Their private collection includes contemporary works by both emerging and established artists.
