RECENT PRESS | PATRON MAGAZINE

After a tornado damaged Preston Hollow and most of North Dallas, the clients came to us with the desire to rebuild their home. As the existing residence was irreparable, we embarked on the process of designing an entirely new home. The clients envisioned their new home to be modern, sustainable, and timeless while providing warmth and comfort. These aspects align perfectly with our approach to design. The home reflects the owners’ personality and provides a balanced backdrop for their extensive art collection. The design is rooted in classic modernism, embracing the principles of the International Style: a composition of thin planes and volumes, regularity and order of the facade (as opposed to symmetry), visible steel framework, large expanses of glass, free plan, flat roofs, and no applied ornamentation.
